easyflatpack is responsible for the service provided by easyflatpack - the purchasing of IKEA ® products on your behalf and the delivery of those items

easyflatpack is purchasing the items you have ordered from IKEA ® on your behalf and is not responsible for the quality or condition of the products purchased from IKEA ®. easyflatpack is acting as your agent to purchase the items and the agreement to purchase items remains between you as the customer and IKEA ®

Customers should refer to IKEA ®'s returns policy in respect of any faulty items or product defects or if the customer is considering returning any item(s).

In the event you are not at your delivery address during the pre-arranged time period then there will be an additional delivery charge the greater of 20% of easyflatpack fee and $20.00 payable in advance to attend the delivery address on another occasion. easyflatpack will charge storage at the rate of $5 per day until the day the items are delivered which must be paid in advance of the actual delivery date of the goods.

Alternatively if you would like easyflatpack to leave the items at your delivery address we will do so if you give us written authority to do so, but we do not take responsibility for any loss or damage.

Once an order is received we may not be able to add or remove items from the order at a later time. Please contact easyflatpack in this event.

Unfortunately, due to a lack of space we are unable to store items for any lengthy period of time.

If an item is out of stock we will contact you for your instructions before purchasing the remaining items ordered.
